Personalized Admission Advice:
Our dedicated counselor get a very clear picture of students need from the outcome of course, country and career counseling.
The admission counselors at MiSN, will shortlist a number of appropriate universities for you after analyzing your profile. You can then discuss the shortlisted universities with your family and friends before finalizing your target.
Assistance in Admission Documentation:
We will help to edit your applications on the selected institutions and brainstorm ideas for your essays, which are a part of the application process. MiSN’s counselor will give you the list of documents needed to complete the application and review your application to make sure all the necessary information and supporting credentials as required by a particular university are in order before they are submitted to the university to be assessed. You will receive reminders from us as your deadline approaches so we can make sure we have collected all your papers well before the deadline date set by the university.
The Statement of Purpose is the single most important part of your application that will tell the admissions committee who you are. It is the only part of your application packet over which you have full control. Our counselors make sure that you will be given tips on how to write your SOP’s. Masco International Study Network will assist you to write your essays or SOP’s but will NOT write essays or SOP’s for you.
Interview Preparation Support:
At MiSN, our consultants are aware of the type of questions different universities ask prospective students at the interviews. To help prepare for any interviews that may be required by the chosen universities, we provide you with a number of interview preparatory sessions. The interview preparation sessions are conducted by counselor/professionals who have vast experience in interview techniques and are well versed with the nature and scope of questions that universities usually ask their prospective students.
Assistance in Scholarship Application:
Based on your merit, our counselor match you to the right university. With extensive partnerships with institutions worldwide, we have all necessary resources to match talent with study overseas scholarships. Guidance for Standardized Tests:
Standardised tests are devised especially to evaluate students and compare their aptitude in a consistent manner. Our overseas admission counsellor will review any standardized test scores (e.g. GRE, GMAT, SAT) that you have already taken, which might help you with your admission. They will also guide you regarding the scores that universities will be looking for and the scores that you should be aiming for in order to target particular institutions. If you have not taken any of the standardized tests that is required our admission counsellor will book these for you.
Guidance on Visa Procedure & Documentation:
Applying for visa is one of the most critical aspects of your preparations for overseas studies. The visa, however, can also be one of the most daunting aspects of the preparations. It is one aspect with which you will seek guidance. Our counselor will assist you through the visa application progression.
Applying for a student visa again requires filling up of forms and providing various details to consulates, depending on which country the universities of your choice are located in. We will be help you in this progression, which includes organizing your paperwork, preparing you for the visa interview, applying for the student visa to make sure you have all the documents that the consulate needs to grant you the visa, but please note granting of visa is on the sole discretion of the consulate.
Travel Guidance & Pre-departure Briefing:
Prior to landing in the new country of your choice appropriate input is provided to help you migrate, travel & settle abroad. The Pre-departure seminar/info session provides an insight to the various facets of the student life that the students are to witness on a foreign land.
The session encompass the fundamental laws and procedures of studying overseas, it more importantly captures practices and systems to adapt into one’s lifestyle to obtain the maximum return on the investment both in tangible and non-tangible terms. A huge element of the session is on how to stay motivated and formulate the right habits and attitude in order facilitate the excellence and that ‘formula to success’ in life (if there is one).
This session also provides an opportunity to meet other students and their parents who are heading abroad and possibly to the same university. It is a great opportunity to build up new friendship and confident as well. Masco International Study Network also provide an extremely updated & comprehensive Pre-Departure Kit to our recruited student students prior to their travel.
Foreign Currency Assistance:
MiSN also provide Foreign Exchange solutions through our network base that offers the most competitive exchange rates. Students are advised on the various options available to them for their foreign exchange requirements.
